This website introduces Frida while the product is being prepared. These terms concern the public website and waitlist, not use of the unreleased mobile application.

The website provides information about Frida and a way to express interest in its launch. Previews and descriptions illustrate work in progress and may change.

Joining is free and does not create a paid subscription. It does not guarantee immediate access, an invitation or a particular launch date. By submitting the form, you agree to be contacted about the product and waitlist as described in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit another person’s details without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website or its services.

Frida’s name, visual identity and website content belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to the website. Other uses must respect applicable intellectual property rights and any permissions required by law.

The waitlist form uses Formspree. External links may lead to independently operated services with their own terms and privacy policies.

We aim to keep the information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that previews describe a final product. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory rights.

We may update the website and these terms as Frida develops. The latest terms and revision date will be available here. Material changes will be communicated where required.
