Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy covers the Frida public website and waitlist only. It does not cover the unreleased mobile application, which will have its own privacy information before it becomes available.
Who is responsible
[SENSITIVE] is responsible for the website and for deciding how waitlist information is used. Contact details are provided below.
Information we collect
When you join, we receive your name, email address, selected language and a source identifier (frida-landing). Formspree may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time and referring page when processing the submission.
Purpose and legal basis
We use waitlist information to manage your registration and contact you about Frida’s availability, launch and relevant product updates. We rely on your consent for these communications. Where necessary and permitted, technical processing to operate and secure the website relies on legitimate interests, and processing required by law relies on legal obligations.
Form processing and international transfers
Formspree processes waitlist submissions for us. It states that its services are hosted in the United States, that it supports GDPR compliance and that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a data processor. Processing may therefore involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. These safeguards are intended to protect transferred data; they do not mean that data is stored in the EU.
Cookies and language
When you choose a language, the website stores a preference cookie for one year. It also stores your cookie consent decision so it can respect your choice on later visits. You can change optional categories at any time using Cookies in the footer. Optional services remain disabled until you accept their category. We do not use advertising tracking.
Optional analytics
When configured and with your Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand traffic sources and website usage. Our event tracking does not include your name, email or waitlist form contents. You can withdraw consent using Cookies in the footer.
Optional experience insights
When configured and with your Experience consent, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand interaction patterns such as clicks and scrolling. Waitlist fields are masked and we do not send names or email addresses to Clarity. You can withdraw consent using Cookies in the footer. We then signal denied storage consent to Clarity. If it has already loaded, Clarity may continue limited cookieless processing for the current page; it will not load on subsequent visits without Experience consent.
How long we keep information
We retain waitlist information only for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and related launch communications, or until consent is withdrawn, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may withdraw consent at any time using the contact below, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred; in Portugal, this is the CNPD.
Policy updates
We will update this page when website practices change and show the date of the latest revision. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be communicated as required.
